A guide to Tenancy Agreements
A Tenancy Agreement is a legal document designed to protect the rights of both the tenant and landlord. It sets out in writing all the terms and conditions of the rental arrangements.
To protect both parties, a Tenancy or Lodgers Agreement is highly recommended .It is up to the landlord, Agent or Property Manager to provide a suitable agreement.
We offer two types of tenancy agreement –
An Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement – for rooms in shared accommodation
A Licence For The Occupation Or Shared Occupation Of A Room – for lodgers living with their Live-In landlord.
